How can i burn more fat when i work out?
Ok so i am 5’6 and i started off weighing 154 which is kind of heavy but i am evenly perportioned so i dont look fat. But anyways i started going to the gym and working out and i weighed myself yesterday and i gained 4 lbs!!! I know it is muscle but i want to burn fat. Any tips? Oh and i used to be wwaayy bigger. And i eat really healthy too. Bee nice in your answers plz. Thanks 
Strength training – turn the fat into muscle. In the short term, muscle weighs more than fat, but in the long run, you lose more inches and body fat that way.
Keep a food journal. 1400 calories a day, 1 hour a day exercise.
