how long does it take to get cardio workouts to burn fat?
I heard that you body only starts Burning Body Fat after 20 minutes of cardio…is this true?……
Depends on where your metabolism is at when you work out. (ie) when you had your last meal, what you ate, etc. As a rule, I lift weights first and follow immediately with cardio. 2 benefits to this workout. 1 you build muscle (which helps burn fat while you sit at your computer) and 2 you’ve spent all the glucose in your blood on your weight lifting workout. So now when you do decide to do cardio, your will immediately begin burning fat. You win both ways.
